Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, salt, and black pepper. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Place the patties on the preheated grill or griddle. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness. Adjust cooking time based on your desired level of doneness.
