Instructions
- Add the Oil, Garlic and Onions to a pans and saute at a high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the Chicken or Pork and fry until cooked.
- Add the vegetables and continue to fry over a high heat until they are heated through but still crunchy.
- Finally add the Fish Sauce, Oyster Sauce, White Pepper and Spring Onions and continue to fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with white rice and enjoy.
