Pork

  • 500g pork tenderloin (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice (from canned pineapple chunks)
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • Stir-Fry

  • 1 bell pepper (cut into chunks)
  • 1 onion (cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
  • Ingredients
    1. In a bowl, season pork pieces with salt and pepper. Coat each piece with cornstarch, ensuring they are fully covered. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or skillet over medium-high heat. Fry pork until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
    2. In a bowl, whisk together ketchup, rice vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, and cornstarch until smooth.
    3. In a separate pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add bell pepper, onion, and pineapple chunks. Stir-fry until vegetables are slightly tender.
