Ingredients

  • Sliced Chicken (katsu)
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1tsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 2 Soft Boiled Eggs (sliced)
  • 1/4 Cup Scallions (sliced)
  • Ramen Noodles
  • Salt to Taste
  • Instructions
    1. Cook the Chicken to your liking (crumbed, katsu, fried, baked) and then slice into thin strips.
    2. Add the oil to the pan and saute the Ginger and Garlic for a few minutes. The add the Soy Sauce and Mirin and saute for a further 20-30 seconds
    3. Add the Chicken Stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
    4. Add the ramen noodles to a pot of boiling water and cook as per instructions on the packet.
    5. Once the Ramen noodles are cooked, drain and add them to your serving bowls.
    6. Add the sliced chicken, sliced eggs, and scallions to the serving bowls.
    7. Gently pour the soup mixture over the ingredients in the serving bowls and serving immediately.
