- Cook the Chicken to your liking (crumbed, katsu, fried, baked) and then slice into thin strips.
- Add the oil to the pan and saute the Ginger and Garlic for a few minutes. The add the Soy Sauce and Mirin and saute for a further 20-30 seconds
- Add the Chicken Stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the ramen noodles to a pot of boiling water and cook as per instructions on the packet.
- Once the Ramen noodles are cooked, drain and add them to your serving bowls.
- Add the sliced chicken, sliced eggs, and scallions to the serving bowls.
- Gently pour the soup mixture over the ingredients in the serving bowls and serving immediately.
