Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumber, green bell pepper, sliced radishes, chopped romaine lettuce, mint leaves, parsley, and green onions. oss the ingredients together until well mixed.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, ground sumac, pomegranate molasses (if using), salt, and black pepper.
- Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Toast the pita bread squares in a skillet or oven until golden and crispy.
