Shaking Beef (Bo Luc Lac)

Instructions
- Slice the beef into cubes and combine with the marinade ingredients. Allow to sit for 20-30 minutes.
- In another bowl mix the Fish Sauce, Soy Sauce, Honey(or sugar), and Vinegar and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large pan to a high temperature, sear the beef on all sides for 1-2 minutes (do not over cook). Remove the seared beef from pan and add to the sauce mixture you made in step 2.
- Next add the Onion and Garlic to the pan and fry on a high heat for 30-60 seconds
- Add the beef mixture back to the pan making sure to pour in all the sauce and cook at a high heat for 1-2 minutes (do not over cook).
- Serve on a bed of rice with fresh cucumber slices, tomatoes and lettuce (or water cress). Squeeze over a little fresh lime juice and enjoy.
